Services
Architez offers interior design and related services for homes, villas, kitchens, and other interior spaces. The specifics of the services will be outlined in our individual service agreements.
Pricing and Payments
Pricing for our services will be clearly stated in our service agreements. Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be discussed and agreed upon with each client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information related to the project. Changes to the project scope or requirements may result in adjustments to the timeline and cost.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including designs, plans, and other materials created by Architez, remain the property of the Company. Clients may use these materials for their intended purpose but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without our consent.
Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our clients and will keep all project-related information confidential unless required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice. Any outstanding fees and obligations will be addressed in accordance with the service agreement.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them through negotiation and mediation. If resolution is not achieved, disputes will be subject to Indian laws and jurisdiction.
